Education Qualification:- Graduate degree.
Salary:-25000/-
✅Terms and Conditions:
1.Candidates must possess a graduate degree, be between 22 and 35 years of age, and have basic knowledge of the English language and computer/IT applications. Preference will be given to candidates with a minimum of two years of relevant work experience.
2. Salary: A monthly salary of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty-Five Thousand only) will be paid to the outsourced skilled/graduate worker. The total salary payable to a Data Entry Operator will be calculated based on actual attendance at the RCT.
3. Working Hours: DEOs will work 8 hours per day, from 09:30 AM to 06:00 PM, with a 30-minute lunch break from 01:30 PM to 02:00 PM, on all working days.
4. As RCT is a judicial organization, candidates must be clearly informed that any breach of confidentiality may result in legal action, including prosecution.
5. The engagement will be for a period of 11 months and may be renewed, with a break, based on satisfactory performance.
6. This contractual engagement may be terminated by either party with one month’s prior notice.
7. The engagement of a DEO under the scheme does not constitute an offer of appointment in the Railway Claims Tribunal or the Railways.
8. Any willful damage or loss to equipment or property caused by the engaged persons shall be recovered from their monthly wages.
9. No TA/DA will be provided to candidates appearing for the selection test.
10. Applications received after the due date will not be considered and will be summarily rejected.
11. Shortlisted candidates will be notified via mobile phone or email to attend the selection test, with the date to be scheduled in due course.
12. If any information in the application is found to be false, the candidate’s services will be terminated immediately without any prior notice or reason.
13. Candidates must bring their original testimonials for physical verification when called for the selection test.
