Applications are invited from eligible Indian citizens, as defined under the Constitution of India, in the prescribed format (attached with this advertisement), to fill up the following vacant post in the establishment of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, South Salmara Mankachar.

Minimum Class:- HSLC passed with a valid LMV Driving License

1. Application Form:
Eligible candidates must download the prescribed application form from the official website https://southsalmara.dcourts.gov.in or collect it from the Office of the District Judiciary. Fill the form in BLOCK LETTERS using a black/blue ball pen. Affix one recent passport-size color photograph and attach two additional passport-size photographs. Sign in the designated box.

2. Submission of Application:
The completed application form must be submitted along with self-attested copies of the following documents:
- Age Certificate
- Educational Qualification Certificate
- Valid LMV Driving License
- Employment Exchange Registration Certificate
- Experience Certificate (if any)

or drop it in the “Drop Box” kept in the office.
3. Rejection of Incomplete Applications:
Incomplete applications or those received after the last date will be summarily rejected without any notice. No application via email or other modes will be accepted. Postal delays will not be the responsibility of the office.
4. Age Criteria (as of 01.01.2025):

5. Note for Previous Applicants:
Candidates who had applied earlier as per the advertisement dated 20.05.2022 will be granted age relaxation as per Memo No. CJM/SSM/03/2021-22/301-05. They must reapply using the prescribed format, clearly mentioning their earlier Roll Number.
6. Government Employees:
Applicants currently in government service must apply through the proper channel and submit a No Objection Certificate at the time of document verification and a Release Order upon joining, if selected.
