1.Senior State Program Manager (MGNREGA)
No of posts: 1
Required Qualification:
Postgraduate degree in M.Tech or M.E. with specialization in Computer Science, Information Technology, Civil Engineering, or Electronics & Communication, or an MBA with a focus in Human Resources or Finance.
Professional Experience:
Applicants must possess at least 10 years of experience in a managerial role within a recognized public sector organization or a reputable private sector company. A strong command of information technology is also required.
Language Proficiency:
Fluency in English, Hindi, and the regional/local language is mandatory.
Salary:- Rs.75000/- to Rs.85000/-
Age Limit: 45 years as on 01/01/2025
2. State Program Executive (Finance, Accounts, and Procurement)

Educational Qualification:
Master’s degree in Commerce (M.Com) or MBA with a specialization in Finance or Accounting from a recognized institute or university, with a minimum of 60% marks in the qualifying examination.
Work Experience:
A minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience in the industry, government sector, or rural development projects in a similar role is required. Candidates must possess strong computer skills and should be well-versed in financial software such as Finacle, Fintech, and SPARSH.
Language Proficiency:
Fluency in English, Hindi, and the regional/local language is mandatory.
Salary:- Rs.55000/-
Age Limit: 40 years as on 01-01-2025
3. Quality Control Officer

Educational Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university with a minimum of 60% marks.
Work Experience:
At least 3 years of professional experience, including a minimum of 1 year specifically in rural development projects or related work.
Language Proficiency:
Fluency in English, Hindi, and the regional/local language is mandatory.
Salary:- Rs.40000/-
Age Limit: 40 years as on 01-01-2025
