Citizenship:
Applicants must be Indian citizens as per the provisions laid down in Articles 5 to 8 of the Indian Constitution.

Residency:
(i) Candidates should be permanent residents of Assam.
(ii) As proof of residency, candidates must upload either a Permanent Resident Certificate (PRC) issued in Assam for educational purposes or a valid Employment Exchange Registration Certificate while submitting the online application.

OR
A Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agricultural Engineering, or Civil Engineering from a Government-recognized university is also acceptable.
Physical Fitness:
Applicants must meet the required physical standards related to height and chest measurements, as specified in the official advertisement. Only candidates who satisfy these criteria will be considered eligible.
