Applications are invited from eligible Indian female candidates for admission into the General Nursing & Midwifery (GNM) Course for the academic session 2025-26 at Assam Oil School of Nursing, IOCL (AOD), Digboi.

Education Qualification:-
a) 10 + 2 with English and must have obtained a minimum of 40% at the qualifying examination and English individually from any recognized board for General/OBCNCL/EWS category candidates and 35% for SC/ST category candidates. Candidates are also eligible from State Open School recognized by State Government and National Institute of open School (NIOS) recognized by Central Government. However, Science is preferable. Three (core elective) subject marks may be taken for calculating the percentage of marks excluding the marks in English. Also, it must be ensured the candidates has pass marks in English.
b) 10 + 2 with English having 40% of marks in vocational ANM course from the schools recognized by Indian Nursing Council for General/OBCNCL/EWS category candidates and 35% for SC/ST category candidates.
c) 10+2 with English having 40% marks in vocational Stream-Health care Science from a recognized CBSE board/State/Centre for General/OBCNCL/EWS category candidates and 35% for SC/ST category candidates.
d) Registered as ANM with pass marks.
Age Limit: Minimum age for admission will be 17 years (as on 31.12.2025). The upper age limit is 35 years.

Applicants must register for the GNMEE-2025 examination conducted by Srimanta Sankaradeva University of Health Sciences, Guwahati, as per notification No. SSUHS/159/2025/3305 dated 08.05.2025. After the declaration of the GNMEE results, candidates are required to submit their applications online through the admission portal: https://aocnadmission.in/
