Eligibility Criteria
Age Limit: Candidates age must be between 20 to 25 years as on 1st August 2025. Candidate must have been born not earlier than 02.08.2000 and not later than 01.08.2005 to be eligible to apply.
Age Relaxation:
- SC/ ST: 5 years
- OBC: 3 years
- Ex-Servicemen: 3 years
Educational Qualification: Educational Qualification for all posts is Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university or equivalent. The candidates who have appeared in their Bachelor’s degree or equivalent examination can also apply; however they must possess Essential Qualification on or before the cutoff date; i.e., closing date of receipt of applications.

➤Male candidates apply for the post of Sub Inspector in Delhi Police must possess a valid Driving License for LMV (Motorcycle and Car) on the date fixed for Physical Endurance and Measurement Tests (PE&MT) to be eligible for the post of Sub Inspector in Delhi Police. The male candidates who do not have a Valid Driving License for LMV (Motorcycle and Car) are eligible for the post of Sub-Inspector in CAPFs only.
