Assam EMRS Staff Nurse Vacancy Details
Name of post: Female Staff Nurse
No of posts: 05 posts
Period of Contract: The Staff Nurse will be engaged on a purely contract basis for the Academic Year 2025-26 or till the posting of regular staff by NESTS, whichever is earlier.
Eligibility Criteria of Assam EMRS Staff Nurse Recruitment 2025
Age Limit: The candidate must be not less than 18 years of age and not more than 45 years of age as on 1*t January 2025. Relaxation of upper age limit will be applicable for SC,ST(P), ST(H), & PH candidates for another 5 years as per Govt. of Assam OM No. ABP.06/2016/04 dtd.03.03.2016.
Essential Qualification:
- BSc (Hons) in Nursing from a recognized University/Institute
- Regular BSc Nursing course from a recognized University/Institute
- Post Basic BSc Nursing from a recognized University/Institute
- GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery) from a recognized Institute
Registration Requirement:
Must be registered as Nurse or Nurse Midwife (RN/RM) with
any State Nursing Council.
Work Experience:
Minimum 2.5 years of experience in a minimum 30-bedded hospital after obtaining the required qualification.
