1.Centre Administration
No of Post:- 1
Education Qualification & Experience:-
The Centre Administrator should be a woman, a resident of the local community (so that local human resource and expertise is utilised for effective functioning of the centre) and possess the following basic qualifications:
- A Master's degree in law/ Social work/Sociology/ Social Science/ Psychology.
- Minimum five years of experience of working on women related relevant domains in an administrative setup with a Government or Non-Government project/ programme.
- Preferably atleast one year of experience of counselling experience.
Fixed Remuneration:- Rs. 36,000/- per month
2.Case Worker
No of Post:- 2
Education Qualification & Experience:-
The Case worker should be a woman, a resident of the local community (so that local human resource and expertise is utilized for effective functioning of the centre) and possess the following basic qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in law/ social work/ sociology/ social science/ psychology.
- Minimum three years of experience of working on women related relevant domains in a Government or Non-Government project/programme.
Fixed Remuneration:- Rs. 25,000/- per month
3.Counsellor
No of Post:- 1
Education Qualification & Experience:-
The Counselor should be a woman and possess the following qualifications:
- Degree / Diploma in psychology /psychiatry / neurosciences with a background in the health sector.
- Preferably minimum three years of experience of working with a Government or Non-Government health project/ programme at the district level.
Fixed Remuneration:- Rs. 25,000/- per month
4.Multipurpose worker
No of Post:- 1
Education Qualification & Experience:-
Multi- Purpose worker preferably a woman can be any person who is literate with knowledge / experience of working in the relevant domain. (Preference will be given to an individual with a High School degree)
Fixed Remuneration:- Rs. 14,000/- per month
5.Security Guard
No of Post:- 1
Education Qualification & Experience:-
Minimum two years of experience of working as a security guard in a government or reputed organization at the district/ state level. (Preference will be given to retired military/ paramilitary personnel).
Fixed Remuneration:- Rs. 12,000/- per month
Eligibility Criteria:
Age Limit:
Candidate Must be 21 and 38 years of age as on 01/01/2025
Age Relaxation:-
5 years in the upper age limit for SC, ST(P), ST(H) and Persons with Disabilities (PwD) as per Government norms.
