Age Limit: The applicant must not be less than 21 years of age and not more than 45 years as on 1st January, 2025.
Educational Qualification:
Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) Arts: For engagement of Post Graduate Teacher (Arts), the candidate must possess: a) Post Graduate Degree in Arts from a recognized University with minimum 55% of marks in both Graduation and Post-Graduation in the respective subject and b) Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) from National Council for Teacher Education recognized Institution(s).
Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) Science: For engagement of Post Graduate Teacher (Science), the candidate must possess: a) Post Graduate Degree in Science from a recognized University with minimum 55% of marks in both Graduation and Post-Graduation in the respective subject and b) Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) from National Council for Teacher Education recognized Institution(s),
Graduate Teacher (GT) Arts and Arts-English: For the post of Graduate Teacher (Arts and Arts-English), the candidate must be: a) i. A Graduate in Arts with Major (Honours) from a recognized University with minimum 55% marks in major subject for Graduate Teacher (Arts). ii. A Graduate in Arts with Major in English subject from a recognized University with minimum 55% marks in major subject for Graduate Teacher (Arts-English). b) Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) from National Council for Teacher Education recognized Institution(s).
Graduate Teacher (GT) Science and Mathematics: For the post of Graduate Teacher (Science and Mathematics), the candidate must be: a) i. A Graduate in Science with Major (Honours) from a recognized University with minimum 55% marks in major subjects for Graduate Teacher (Science). ii. A Graduate in Science with Major in Mathematics subject from a recognized University with minimum 55% marks in major subjects for Graduate Teacher (Mathematics). b) Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) from National Council for Teacher Education recognized Institution(s).
Graduate Teacher (GT) Hindi: Pravin/ Ratna in Hindi with 55% marks and degree qualification with 55% marks or post Graduate degree in Arts with 55% marks with Pravin/ Ratna in Hindi with 55% marks from any recognized University, OR BA with 55% marks and having Hindi as one of the subjects with 55% marks or post Graduate in Arts with 55% marks provided that he has passed BA with one of the subjects as Hindi with 55% marks in Hindi. B.Ed. degree from any recognized University (PARANGAT to be treated as B.Ed. degree only for the purpose of Hindi teaching).
Assistant Teacher (Arts): For the post of Assistant Teacher (Arts), the candidate must be: a) A Graduate in Arts from recognized University with a minimum 55% marks and b) Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.) from National Council for Teacher Education recognized Institution(s).
Assistant Teacher (Science): For the post of Assistant Teacher (Science), the candidate must be: a) A Graduate in Science from recognized University with a minimum 55% marks b) Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.) from National Council for Teacher Education recognized Institution(s).
Laboratory Assistant: Higher Secondary passed in Science stream with minimum 55% of marks from a recognized Board.
