SSC CHSL Tier 1 Result 2026 Released: Check Cutoff & Merit List
The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has officially declared the SSC CHSL Tier 1 Result 2026 today, 27 February 2026. Candidates who appeared for the Tier I Computer-Based Examination conducted for the 2025 recruitment cycle can now check their qualifying status on the official website. Along with the result, SSC has also published the category-wise cutoff marks and the final answer keys for the examination.
Candidates who have
qualified in the Tier I examination by securing the required cutoff marks will
proceed to the Tier II stage. According to the latest notification, the Tier II
exam is tentatively scheduled to be held in late February or March 2026.Candidates
are advised to keep their admit cards readily available to verify their roll
numbers in the merit list.

How to Check SSC CHSL Tier 1 Result 2026?
The result is available
in PDF format and includes the roll numbers and names of qualified candidates.
Follow the steps below to check your result:
1. Visit the Official Website: Go to the official Staff Selection Commission website at ssc.gov.in.
2. Go to the Results Section:- On the homepage, click on the “Result” tab and then select the “CHSL” section from the list of examination categories.
3. Locate the Result Notification:-Find the link titled “Combined Higher Secondary (10+2) Level Examination, 2025 – Declaration of Result of Tier-I for appearing in Tier-II.”
4. Download the Relevant PDF: Separate merit lists are generally released for different posts such as DEO and LDC/JSA. Download the PDF corresponding to the post you applied for.
5. Check Your Roll Number: Open the downloaded PDF file and use Ctrl + F (Windows) or Command + F (Mac) to search for your Roll Number or Name to confirm your qualification status.
6. Save the Result: If your roll number appears in the list, download and save the PDF for future reference, including document verification and the Tier II examination stage.
