Exim Bank Manager & Deputy Manager Eligibility Criteria
1.Manager (Internal Audit)
Educational Qualification
- Minimum 50% marks in Graduation (3-year full-time course) AND
- Post-Graduation (MBA / PGDBA / PGDBM / MMS) with specialization in:
- Finance
- International Business
- Foreign Trade
OR
Chartered Accountant (CA) with membership from ICAI.
Experience Requirement
- Minimum 3 years of experience in:
- Scheduled commercial bank or
- All-India financial institution
Relevant experience should include:
- Internal audit
- Credit audit
- Handling audit reports
- Compliance matters
- Coordination with RBI regarding audit issues
2.Deputy Manager (Human Resource Management)
Educational Qualification
- Minimum 50% marks in Graduation
- Post-Graduation (MBA / PGDBA / PGDBM / MMS) with specialization in:
- Human Resource Management
- Personnel Management
Experience Requirement
Minimum 1 year experience in:
- Recruitment
- Performance management
- Training and development
- Workforce planning
- Other HR-related functions
- Experience must be in a scheduled commercial bank or financial institution.
3.Deputy Manager (Administration)
Educational Qualification
- Graduation with minimum 50% marks
