Academic &
Professional Requirements:
Qualification: 2-year
PG degree or diploma in Human Resources (or related disciplines) after a UG
degree with minimum 60% marks.
Experience: Minimum of
five (5) years of working experience as a TPO or equivalent in a reputed
academic institution.
Key Skills Expected:
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to interact with national and multinational HR leadership.
- Comprehensive understanding of industry practices and corporate relations.
- Hands-on experience in coordinating large-scale recruitment drives and internships.
- Proficiency in ERP portals and student data management tools for campus placements.

Placement Officer (TPO)
