1. Procurement
Specialist
Total Posts: 01 (One)
Educational
Qualification:
Engineering or Commerce
graduate holding an MBA or Master’s degree / Post Graduate Diploma (minimum 2
years duration) in any discipline from a recognized university.
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience specifically in project procurement and contract management.
- Experience with procurement rules of the World Bank or Externally Aided Projects (EAP).
- Proven ability to prepare procurement plans, bid documents, and evaluation reports as per Bank SBDs.
Technical Skills:
Hands-on ability to upload bids on the GeM portal and Assam e-tenders.
Legal Knowledge: Deep
understanding of GFR, Assam Public Procurement Act 2017, and CVC Guidelines.
Salary: Rs. 1,20,000/-
to Rs. 1,50,000/- PM
2. Quality Expert
[Quality and Pedagogy]

Educational
Qualification:
- Postgraduate degree in Child Development / ECCE / Psychology / Education / Social Sciences from a recognized university.
- Mandatory B.Ed. degree.
Preference: Candidates with additional Degree/Diploma in pre-primary education from reputed national organizations.
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in development or social sector projects.
- Ability to work in mission-mode initiatives. Prior experience in early childhood care/education projects is a major advantage.
- Proven expertise in MS Office for professional reporting.
Pay Scale: Rs. 30,000 –
1,10,000 + GP Rs. 13,300
