Eligibility Criteria of LIC HFL Recruitment
Nationality: Candidates must be an Indian Citizen .
Age Limit: Age of the candidates must be 21 years to 30
years as on 1st April 2026. i.e. candidates must have been born not earlier
than 02.04.1996 and not later than 01.04.2005 (both dates inclusive).
Educational Qualification: Candidates must be a Graduate
(minimum aggregate 55% marks) in any discipline from a university recognized by
the Govt. of India or any equivalent qualification recognized as such by the
central Government.
Note: Course completed through correspondence / distance /
part-time are not eligible.
Computer Literacy: Candidates must have Operating and Working
knowledge in computer systems.
Work Experience: Will be preferred.
Application Fee: Candidates have to pay an application fee of Rs. 800/- + GST. The above fee is applicable to all candidates and non-refundable.

The online examination will be in English language only. There will be negative marking for wrong answers in the online examination. For every wrong answer to a question given by the candidate, one fourth or 0.25 of the marks assigned to that question will be deducted .
Interview
Depending upon the number of vacancies, only those candidates who rank sufficiently high in the order of merit based on their respective marks in online examination will be called for interview. Candidates who do not attend the interview or who do not obtain the minimum qualifying marks in the interview shall be disqualified from further selection.
Final Selection
The final merit list and selection of candidates will be done on the basis of combined marks of the online examination and the interview.
