Educational Qualification
- Master's Degree in a relevant discipline.
- Preference will be given to candidates having qualifications in:
- Social Work
- Disaster Management
- Mass Communication
- Sociology
- Rural Development
- Any other relevant field
Experience Required
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the social sector.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Training & Capacity Building activities.
- Experience in Disaster Management, Community Organization or Livelihood Projects is desirable.
- Experience in World Bank/ADB-funded projects or NGOs will be preferred.
- Experience with first responder training, Civil Defence or Fire & Emergency Services will be an added advantage.
Required Skills
- Excellent project coordination and management skills.
- Good communication skills in Assamese, English and Hindi.
- Computer proficiency including MS Excel and report preparation.
- Ability to undertake extensive field visits.
- Strong teamwork and stakeholder coordination skills.
Salary
The selected candidates will receive a monthly remuneration of ₹70,000 to ₹1,00,000 (inclusive of local taxes). The final remuneration will be decided based on qualification and experience.
Contract Duration
- Initial contract for 12 months or till completion of the project, whichever is earlier.
- Contract may be extended based on performance and project requirements.

- 8-minute Presentation based on previous work experience
- 10-minute Interactive Session
