India Post GDS Result 2026: India Post has announced the final result for the recruitment of 28,636 Gramin Dak Sevak (GDS) vacancies. Candidates who submitted their online applications for the India Post GDS Recruitment between 31 January 2026 and 14 February 2026 can now check their results on the official website.Candidates are informed that the merit list for these posts has been prepared based on the marks obtained in the Class 10 examination. Accordingly, applicants who applied for the 639 GDS posts under the Assam Postal Circle can also check whether their names appear in the merit list.

Shortlisted candidates should get their documents verified at the Divisional Office of the Division to which they are selected on or before 23/03/2026. Candidates should report with originals & 2 sets of photocopies of all relevant documents.
