1.Professor
No of Post:- 23
Education Qualification: An
eminent scholar with a Ph.D. in the relevant discipline.
Publications: Minimum
of 10 research publications in peer-reviewed or UGC-listed journals.
Research Score: A total
research score of at least 120.
Experience: Minimum 10
years of teaching/research experience at the University/National level.
Salary:- Academic Level
14 (₹1,44,200)
2.Associate Professor
No of Post:- 52
Education Qualification: Ph.D.
Degree in concerned/allied discipline with a Master’s Degree (minimum 55%
marks).
Experience: Minimum 8
years of teaching or research experience in a position equivalent to Assistant
Professor.
Publications: Minimum
of 7 publications in peer-reviewed or UGC-listed journals with a research score
of 75.
Salary:-Academic Level
13A (₹1,31,400)
3. Assistant Professor
No of Post:- 39
Salary:- Academic
Level 10 (₹57,700)
Education Qualification: Master’s
degree with 55% marks.
Requirements: Must have
cleared NET (UGC/CSIR) or SLET/SET.
Exemption: Candidates
with a Ph.D. obtained under the 2009 or 2016 regulations are exempted from
NET/SLET/SET.
4.Deputy Librarian
No of Post:- 01
Salary:- Academic
Level 13A (₹1,31,400)
Education Qualification: Master’s Degree in Library Science/Information Science with 55% marks and a Ph.D. in the same field.
Experience:- as an
Assistant University Librarian or College Librarian.
Skills: Evidence of
integrating ICT in library services.
5.Assistant Librarian
No of Post:- 02
Salary:- Academic Level
10 (₹57,700)
Education Qualification : Master’s Degree in Library Science with 55% marks.
Requirement: Knowledge
of computerization of libraries and must have cleared NET/SLET/SET or hold a
Ph.D. degree.
