1. Head (Catering)
Number of Posts: 1
Educational Qualification: Graduate Degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality Management from a recognized institution.
Desirable Qualification:
- Certificate or diploma in Food & Beverage Management
- Strong communication skills in English
Experience Requirement:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in the service industry
- At least 2 years exp. in F&B services in a minimum 3-star hotel/resort
- Experience in higher star-rated hotels will be given preference
2. Head (Housekeeping)
Number of Posts: 1
Educational Qualification: Graduate degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality Management.
Desirable Qualification
- Certification or diploma in Housekeeping Management
- Good command of English communication
- Experience Requirement
- 7 years of experience in the service industry
- At least 2 years experience managing housekeeping operations in a 3-star or higher hotel/resort
3. Head (Concierge & Overall Experience)
Number of Posts: 1
Educational Qualification:Graduate degree in Hotel or Hospitality Management.
Desirable Qualification:
- Certification in Front Office Management
- Diploma in Event Management
- Experience Requirement
- 7 years experience in the service industry
- Min. 2 years experience in front desk operations, event management, or concierge services
- Hotel administration experience in reputed establishments preferred
4. Head (Horticulture)
Number of Posts: 1
Educational Qualification:Graduate Degree or Diploma in Horticulture, Agriculture, Floriculture, or Landscaping.
Desirable Qualification:
- Certification or specialized training in Gardening or Landscape Designing.
- 7 years of experience in horticulture-related services
- At least 2 years experience in landscaping or garden maintenance
- Experience working in hotels or resorts will be an advantage
5. Head (Training & Diving)
Number of Posts: 1
Essential Qualification:
- Trade Certificate as Diver from the Indian Navy
- OR Certified professional diver from PADI
- Mandatory Certifications
- Offshore Medical Fitness Certificate
- Diving Medical Certificate (ONGC-approved physician)
- HUET (Helicopter Underwater Escape Training)
- Certified Basic Lifeguard & First Aid Courses
- Experience Requirement
- Min. 1 year experience instructing HUET training in Navy centres, OPITO accredited centres, or DG Shipping accredited institutes.
