for the recruitment of IB Expert, Trainer, and Field Expert posts. Interested

1. IB Expert
No of posts: 01
Educational Qualification: PG-Rural Dev./ MBA or equivalent from an institute of repute in India or abroad.
Experience:
- Minimum 10 years of Experience in community institution building (PG and FPO) nurturing and make them vibrant & sustainable. Must have knowledge & Experience on the legal entity & statutory compliance of community institutions.
- Must have Experience on developing systems, guidelines, process & protocols for community institution building & strengthening. Understanding and Experience of rural agri-based livelihood promotion activities with focus on aggregation models.
- Preference shall be given to the candidates who have working Experience in NRLM program for minimum three years
Salary: 7.2 LPA-9 LPA Based on
relevant Experience.
2. Trainer 1
No of posts: 01
Educational Qualification: PG-Rural Dev./ MBA or equivalent from an institute of repute in India or abroad.
Experience:
- Minimum 8 years of Experience on CB of community institutions, designing CB architecture, CB plan, preparing training modules, manuals, training, schedules & develop training feedback system, designing IEC, training hand books/reading materials.
- Must have Experience on training centers development & management. Must have working Experience in NRLM program.
- Preference shall be given to the candidates who have working Experience in NRLM program for minimum three years
Salary: 6 LPA-7.2 LPA Based on
relevant Experience.
3. Field Expert
No of posts: 01
Educational Qualification: PG-Rural Dev./ MBA or equivalent from an institute of repute in India or abroad.
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years' Experience working under NRLM/ SRLM/ World Bank Project/NERLP/ externally aided project or Credit Cooperatives/ Farmer Producer Organizations.
- Must have Experience of working with community institutions, mobilizing community, institution building, hand holding support to community institutions, onsite TA to community institutions, working Experience: with community cadres, Experience of organizing & conducting training programs and Experience: of financial management/ service.
Salary: 3.6 LPA-4.8 LPA Based on
relevant Experience.
