Educational Qualification
- Quality Management: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering with knowledge of QA/QC procedures, BIS/IRC/IS Codes, AutoCAD, GIS and MS Office. One year of relevant experience is desirable.
- Law: Law Graduate with two years' practice under a Senior Advocate of a High Court. Research/publication experience is desirable.
- Data Science: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or Statistics with proficiency in Python/R/SQL/Java, Machine Learning frameworks, Tableau/Power BI, MongoDB, ETL tools, Pandas and NumPy. Minimum two years' experience required.
- Full Stack Developer: B.E./B.Tech (CSE/IT), M.E./M.Tech (CSE/IT) or MCA with at least five years' experience in full-stack web application development.
- Public Relations: Bachelor's Degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, Public Relations, Media Studies, Digital Media, Communication or related discipline. Candidates with two years' relevant experience will be preferred.
- Nazrat: Master's Degree in any discipline with proficiency in MS Office and basic IT tools. One year of experience in administration, accounts or logistics is desirable.
- Executive Assistant to Chairman: Bachelor's Degree in any discipline with at least one year of relevant experience. MBA/Management qualification is desirable.
- Executive Assistant to Secretary: Bachelor's Degree in any discipline with at least one year of relevant experience. MBA/Management qualification is desirable.
- HR: Master's Degree in MBA, Social Work, Psychology or related discipline with one year of HR experience.
- Librarian: Bachelor's Degree in Library & Information Science with one year of library or digital library experience. Knowledge of Koha, DSpace and digital library software is desirable.
- Climate Change: Postgraduate Degree in Climate Change, Environmental Engineering, Water Resources Engineering, Hydrology, Earth Sciences, Environmental Sciences or equivalent with at least two years' relevant experience.
- Survey & Investigation: Graduate/Postgraduate Degree in Civil Engineering, Geo-informatics, Surveying, Remote Sensing & GIS or equivalent with minimum two years' experience.
- Non-Structural Measures: Postgraduate Degree in Disaster Management, Water Resources Engineering, Urban & Regional Planning, Environmental Planning, Geography or equivalent with two years' experience.
- Modeling: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Computer Science Engineering with experience in hydrodynamic modelling and at least one year of river flow modelling.
- Hindi Translator: Master's Degree in Hindi with English at Bachelor's level and one year of translation experience. Hindi typing speed of 25 WPM is desirable.
- Accounts: Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounts or Commerce with at least 60% marks and two years' post-qualification experience.
- Hospitality Management: Graduate or Master's Degree in Hotel Management or Management with minimum three years' experience.
- GIS & Remote Sensing: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Geoinformatics, Remote Sensing, Geography, Environmental Science, Civil Engineering or related field with at least six months' GIS software experience.
- Co-ordination: Bachelor's Degree in International Relations, Public Administration, Political Science, Environmental Studies, Water Resources or related field with strong English communication skills.
- Knowledge Management: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Information Science/Data Management with minimum 60% marks. Candidates with certification in Digital Archiving, CMS, Data Management or Technical Writing and one year of relevant experience will be preferred.
