Selection Process
The selection process consists of the following stages:
- Computer Based Test (CBT)
- Computer Based Aptitude Test (CBAT)
- Document Verification (DV)
- Medical Examination
Computer Based Test (CBT)
- Duration: 120 Minutes
- Total Marks: 100
- Negative Marking: 1/3 mark for every wrong answer
- CBT score will be used for shortlisting candidates for CBAT.
Computer Based Aptitude Test (CBAT)
- Candidates up to 8 times the vacancies will be shortlisted.
- No negative marking.
- Candidates must qualify each aptitude test battery.
- Vision Certificate is mandatory before CBAT.
Document Verification
The final merit list will be prepared by giving 70% weightage to CBT marks and 30% weightage to CBAT marks. Candidates will be shortlisted according to merit and Railway preference for Document Verification.
