Educational Qualification & Experience
Manager (Engineering-Civil)
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Technology in Civil Engineering. Candidates must have 3 years of post-qualification work experience in the relevant field.
Manager (Engineering-Electrical)
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Technology in Electrical Engineering with 3 years of post-qualification experience in the relevant field.
Manager (Finance)
MBA with specialization in Finance, PG Diploma in Management with Finance specialization, Cost Accountant, Chartered Accountant or Chartered Financial Analyst.
Candidates must also have 3 years of post-qualification experience in Finance and Accounts, including experience with ERP systems such as SAP.
Manager (Information Technology)
Full-time regular Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Technology in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or Electronics, OR full-time regular MCA.
Applicants must have 3 years of post-qualification experience in areas such as Database Management and Administration, Data Centre Operations and Networking, ERP Management and Administration, Data Analytics, Software Application Development as Team Lead, or Web Development and Maintenance as Team Lead.
Manager (Architecture)
Full-time Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture and registration with the Council of Architecture. Candidates must have 3 years of post-qualification experience in Architecture.
Manager (Law)
Professional Degree in Law through a 3-year regular course after graduation or a 5-year integrated regular course after 10+2. Candidates should be eligible for enrolment as an Advocate with the Bar Council of India.
Experience: 3 years of post-qualification experience in the field of Law.

Graduate with a full-time regular MBA of 2 years duration with Marketing specialization, OR full-time regular Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
Candidates must have 3 years of post-qualification experience in Marketing, Sales, Business Development, Real Estate Leasing, Contracts or Procurement.
Manager (Corporate Planning & Management Services)
Post Graduate in Mathematical Statistics, Operation Research, Statistics, Applied Statistics, Economics with Statistics or Mathematics with Statistics from a UGC-recognized university.
Experience: 3 years of post-qualification experience in Economics, Statistics or Operation Research.
Manager (Corporate Communications)
Full-time regular Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication, Journalism or Literature (Hindi/English) and a Post Graduate Degree or full-time regular Diploma of two years in Journalism, Mass Media or Mass Communication.
