1. Manager – Branch Management

- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in CS, IT, Electronics & Communication or Electronics & Instrumentation, or MCA, or M.Sc. in Computer Science/IT.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years post-qualification IT experience, including at least 3 years in Banking/BFSI.
- Hands-on experience in at least one specified technology domain is mandatory, such as Full Stack Development, Network Administration, Cloud Engineering, Database Administration, DevOps, DevSecOps, ITSM, BCP/DR, Virtualisation or related areas.
3. Manager – Information Security

5. Senior Manager – IT
- Age: 28 to 38 years.
- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in relevant technology disciplines, MCA or M.Sc. Computer Science/IT.
- Experience: Minimum 8 years post-qualification IT experience, including at least 5 years in Banking/BFSI.
- Experience in mission-critical production systems, digital banking platforms, infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity or technology operations is required.
- One of the specified technology domains is mandatory.
- Mandatory certification: Any one of CISA, CISSP, ISO 27001:LA or OSCP.
6. Senior Manager – Information Security
- Age: 25 to 35 years.

- Experience: Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience as an officer in Risk, Credit, Forex, Treasury or Finance in a Bank/NBFC/Financial Institution.
14. Assistant Manager – Security
- Age: 30 to 45 years.
- Qualification: Graduation from a recognised university/equivalent along with the prescribed computer/IT qualification or certification.
- Experience: Eligible candidates include retired JCOs/equivalent with at least 5 years' JCO service in Army/Navy/Air Force, or eligible Paramilitary/Police personnel meeting the prescribed rank and service requirements.
