Assistant Manager – Transportation
A Degree in Engineering in any specialization, or full-time regular MBA in Materials Management/Supply Chain Management, or a qualifying PG Diploma in Materials Management is required. Relevant transportation experience is also required.
Officer – HR
Candidates should have MBA/Integrated MBA/Post Graduate Degree or Diploma of minimum two years' duration in HRM/Personnel Management & Industrial Relations from a recognized University/Institute. LLB is desirable.
Officer – Secretarial
A Post-Graduate Degree in any discipline from a recognized University/Institute by UGC/AICTE is required. Diploma in Executive Assistant, Office Management or Secretarial Practice may be an added advantage. Working knowledge of computers including MS Office is essential.
Medical Posts
For Additional CMO and CMO positions, candidates should possess an MBBS qualification. MD/MS may provide an added advantage. Professional experience after internship in Medicine is required.
Finance & Accounts
For Accounts Officer, Assistant Manager and Chief Manager positions in Finance & Accounts, the required qualification includes CA, CMA or a two-year MBA with specialization in Finance, depending on the post. A general MBA or dual specialization does not qualify for the specified Finance & Accounts eligibility where the advertisement requires Finance specialization.
Engineer – IT
Candidates should have B.Tech./B.E./B.Sc. (Engineering) in Computer Science, Computer Technology, Information Technology or MCA.
