Educational Qualification
Manager – Fund Raiser (Senior)
- Master’s Degree in Management, Social Work, Development Studies, Economics, Media, Communications or related field.
- Degree in fundraising/development management or professional fundraising certification like CFRE will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in fundraising, resource mobilization or development sector.
- Experience in education, non-profit or institutional sector preferred.
- Knowledge of CSR regulations, grant ecosystem and donor compliance requirements.
Assistant Manager – Fund Raiser (Junior)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Management, Social Work, Media, Communications, Development Studies or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in fundraising, marketing, communication or development sector.
- Freshers with relevant internships may also be considered.
- Knowledge of grant and CSR funding process will be preferred.
