🎓 Eligibility Criteria
1. Controller of Examinations
Educational Qualification: Master's Degree with at least 55% marks or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever the grading system is followed.
Experience: Candidates must satisfy one of the experience conditions mentioned in the advertisement, including:
- At least 15 years of experience as Assistant Professor in Academic Level-11 and above, or 8 years of service in Academic Level-12 and above including Professor/Associate Professor, along with educational administration experience.
- Comparable experience in a research establishment and/or other institution of higher education.
- 15 years of administrative experience, including 8 years as Deputy Controller of Examinations or in an equivalent university post.
Desirable: Experience in conducting or assisting university/college/institution examinations and related work at executive level, experience involving confidential work, and working knowledge of computers and software.
2. Deputy Registrar
Educational Qualification: Master's Degree with at least 55% marks or an equivalent grade.
Experience: Candidates must satisfy one of the following:
- 9 years of experience as Assistant Professor in Academic Level-10 and above with experience in educational administration.
- Comparable experience in research establishments and/or other institutions of higher education.
- 5 years of administrative experience as Assistant Registrar or in an equivalent post.
Desirable: Working knowledge of computers and software, along with experience in establishment, academic or financial administration in a university or research organization.
3. Deputy Controller of Examinations
Educational Qualification: Master's Degree in any subject with at least 55% marks or an equivalent grade.
Experience: Candidates must satisfy one of the following:
- 9 years of experience as Assistant Professor in Academic Level-10 and above with experience in educational administration.
- Comparable experience in a research establishment and/or other institution of higher education.
- 5 years of administrative experience as Assistant Registrar or in an equivalent post.
Desirable: Experience in conducting or assisting examinations and allied work at executive level, experience handling confidential work, and working knowledge of computers and software.
