1. Officer (Finance & Accounts)

Educational Qualification
Candidates must possess:- B.Com (Honours); and
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), or qualified Cost and Management Accountant (CMA) from the Institute of Cost Accountants of India.
Work Experience
- Minimum one year of post-qualification work experience in Finance & Accounts in a reputed PSU or private organization.
- Working knowledge of an ERP environment will be preferred.
Age Limit
The maximum age limit is 30 years as on 1 October 2026. Applicable age relaxation will be governed by the official notification and relevant rules.
2. Secretarial Officer
- Total Posts: 1
- E01 Pay Scale: ₹30,000–₹1,10,000
- E01 Grade Pay: ₹13,900
- E02 Grade Pay: ₹14,500, subject to eligibility, suitability and approval.
Educational Qualification
- Graduation in any discipline.
- Post-qualification membership of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) for a minimum of two years.
Work Experience
Candidates must have at least two years of post-qualification work experience in an executive position in a reputed PSU or private organization. Candidates with five years or more of relevant post-qualification experience may be considered for E02 grade, subject to the conditions in the official advertisement.Age Limit

3. ITI Trainee

- Category: Scheduled Tribe (ST) only
- Monthly Stipend: ₹10,000

Educational Qualification
Candidates must fulfil the following conditions:- Must have passed HSLC/Class 10.
- Must have passed ITI in the Fitter or Diesel Mechanic trade.
- The ITI qualification must be from an institution recognized by the Government of Assam or affiliated with SCVT/NCVT.
- Must possess a valid Scheduled Tribe certificate.
- Must be a domicile of Assam.
- Must have valid registration with an Employment Exchange in Assam.
Age Limit
- Minimum Age: 18 years
- Maximum Age: 43 years
- Age Calculation Date: 1 October 2026
Selected candidates will initially undergo 12 months of training. Regularization may be considered after successful completion of training, subject to satisfactory performance, document verification and other conditions mentioned in the notification. Regular appointment is not automatic.
