Spices Board Trainee Recruitment 2026 – 21 Vacancy, ₹20,000 Stipend
The Spices Board, Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Government of India has released a notification for the selection of Trainee (Development) at various offices of the Spices Board. A total of 21 vacancies are available under Notification No. 12/2026.
This recruitment is exclusively for Scheduled Caste (SC) and Scheduled Tribe (ST) candidates. Selected candidates will receive a stipend of ₹20,000 per month during the two-year training period.
Candidates having a Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Botany, Microbiology or Biotechnology with working knowledge of computers can apply.

Stipend and Training Period
Selected candidates will be engaged as Trainee (Development) and will receive a stipend of ₹20,000 per month.
The training period will be two years from the date of joining. In case of travel to spice fields, TA will be paid as mentioned in the notification.
This is a training engagement and is not linked to regular appointment. The trainees cannot claim regularisation on the basis of this training.
Educational Qualification
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree from a recognised University/Institute in any one of the following subjects:
- Agriculture
- Horticulture
- Forestry
- Botany
- Microbiology
- Biotechnology
Candidates must also have working knowledge of computers.
Age Limit
The maximum age of the candidate should be 35 years as on the date of the Written Test.
