Consultancy Fee / Remuneration
The estimated value of consultancy is approximately Rs. 1,00,000/-. Applicants are required to submit a lump-sum financial quotation including all taxes, duties, travel, boarding, lodging and other incidental expenses.
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
Candidates must have:
- Bachelor's Degree and/or Master's Degree in Hotel Management/Hospitality Management from a recognized University or Institution.
Experience Required
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in the hospitality industry and/or hospitality education and training.
- Experience in planning, establishing, managing or upgrading hospitality training laboratories and practical learning facilities.
- Knowledge of current hospitality industry practices, occupational standards and accreditation requirements.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD or equivalent software for preparation and interpretation of layout drawings.
- Strong communication, planning, coordination and project management skills.
Scope of Work
The selected Hospitality Consultant will provide consultancy services for establishment and operationalization of hospitality laboratories including:
- Kitchen Laboratory planning and development.
- Food & Beverage Service Laboratory setup.
- Housekeeping Laboratory planning.
- Front Office Laboratory development.
- Deluxe Suite Demonstration Room planning according to five-star hotel standards.
- Preparation of DPR, laboratory layout drawings, equipment specifications and operational recommendations.
Selection Process
The selection process will be completed in two stages:
- Screening of applications based on qualification, experience and eligibility criteria.
- Selection of eligible candidate based on the lowest financial quotation (L1) under Least Cost Selection (LCS) method.
